About Martin Camden, Our Director
Background
Martin Camden is a 53 year old life and business coach and trainer based in Croydon, Surrey, England, UK. He has 3 wonderful adult sons from a marriage that lasted 8 years.
Experience and Expertise
Martin Camden has a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has worked in the computer industry (IBM computer networking) for nearly 20 years. He has worked for successful organisations such as IBM and the Mars Group receiving a great deal of business skills training and business experience. He has been interested in counselling, psychotherapy and personal development all of his adult life. He has trained as a co-counsellor (CCI and RC), a counsellor (humanistic and psychodynamic) and as a life coach (CTI and Serenergise). He has campaigned for changes in the Mental Health System for almost 15 years. His campaigning focus has been on getting service providers to deliver outstanding customer service and outstanding customer care, and this focus has led him to become an expert in these areas.
Martin considers himself to be an outstanding life coach and an outstanding consultant on matters of customer service and customer care. His approach is humanistic, person centred, integrative and eclectic. He has a unique mix and blend of skills covering life skills, business skills, counselling skills, life coaching skills, an understanding of everyday psychology, an understanding of behavioural politics, an understanding of Mental Health System matters and a passion for quality customer service and customer care.
Martin is an agnostic, with great spiritual awareness. Because of this, he can help people with spiritual matters whatever their spiritual beliefs. And, he can help people who have little or no interest in spiritual matters.
Work and Aspirations
Martin Camden is currently providing coaching for clients from all walks of life, and, with his assistance, all of his clients are turning their lives around. He loves his work and wants to continue to help people regardless of their circumstances.
Martin also runs personal development workshops on a regular basis. Subjects include, "Stepping Forward," and, "How to Improve the Quality of Your Life."
Martin Camden is working to reform the Mental Health System, the Education System and the way that government works in the United Kingdom. In all 3 cases he sees outstanding customer service and customer care as crucial.
Martin sees himself as a bridge builder. He aims to build bridges between people within organisations, between organisations and their customers and between people of all faiths and non-faiths.
Martin aspires to make the world a much better place by collecting the best available information and methods, and by passing these on to as many people as possible.
